Who We Are
Royal Refractories is a family-owned enterprise based in Wankaner, Gujarat, with a legacy spanning over 50 years. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality refractory materials tailored for steel, cement, glass, and power industries.
Everything we make comes out of our own plant here in Wankaner, with an in-house lab that tests each batch before it goes out the door. That's where we produce our full range of high-alumina bricks, blocks, slabs, and tiles, along with castables and insulating materials. Our customers span refining, steel, chemicals, glaze tile, and silicates, from cement kilns and power stations to petrochemical plants across India.
Under the leadership of Shreyansh Mehta, our team of experts upholds stringent quality standards, ensuring optimal performance and longevity in extreme thermal environments.
Royal Refractories
Founded in 1970 as our original headquarters in Wankaner, Royal Refractories pioneered high-alumina brick manufacturing. Over 50 years later, it remains our R&D and production heart, delivering world-class refractories globally.
Royal Refracast
In 2008, we acquired Pari Refractories, rebranded as Royal Refracast, to focus exclusively on hydraulic and phosphate-bonded castables. Its expertise in thermal shock-resistant formulations has strengthened our product portfolio for demanding furnace applications.
Royal Insulation
In 2014, we acquired Sark Refractories, now Royal Insulation, specializing in lightweight insulation solutions. From ceramic fibre blankets to rigid boards and engineered modules, our products minimize heat loss and boost energy efficiency in demanding industrial environments.
